The perfect style and beauty guide for a yummy mummy

Once you are a mother, having time for your own seems to go for a toss. There are so many things to do, even when the infant has suddenly become a toddler walking around. However, being a yummy mummy is not just about caring for the child, but you need to have some ‘me’ time to take care of yourself, which is extremely important. Here’s a guide that may help.
Get started with yoga: Getting the postnatal care is most important because there is a lot of extra fat to let go. If going to the gym seems next to impossible, make a point to start yoga. Don’t complain for the lack of time, but get up a little early for that essential 30 minutes of exercise. Yoga will not just help you get rid of the unwanted flab, but at the same time, it will soothe the mind and help you achieve other goals carefully.
Dress for your baby
Shop in budget: Those maternity gowns after a baby may seem to be too large and the ones before the pregnancy started would look tighter. As such, make sure that you start with some shopping. Check for the end of season sales and find the stores where you can buy clothes online at a good price. Shopping is not just a matter of fun, but you actually need comfortable clothes that to carry the little one around, and that’s the reason you need something that’s easy for the baby as well.
Care for the skin: If you think the personal skincare regimen has gone boom, it is good to start a plan that shall work. Get a range of cosmetics that is easy to apply, and in case you are working mom, take some 30 minutes in the morning and night for cleansing, toning and moisturizing to get that perfect skin. Also, caring for hair just after the baby can be really tough, and some women do have hair loss issues, as well. As such, get a haircut to have a better control on the caring routine.
Schedule your day: The sleeping time of your baby can be eerie enough to take your sleep away, but without that, no mother can be good at the work needed. As such, make it a point to ensure that you are taking small naps, especially when a long sleep seems to be tough and hard to get. Try catching up on six hours of sleep.
Get help: Make sure that you have a nanny or a maid at home to do the rest of the things. Most of the time, your baby will take the maximum time of the day, and therefore, it makes sense to have help to do the other chores of the house.
